   Banjara Bazaar is a group-buying platform that allows users to collectively purchase home décor, furniture, crockery, lighting, and related lifestyle products from manufacturers. Products are only purchased when group minimums are met, and orders are processed after successful payment collection from all group participants.
   
   

2. Eligibility
   By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
   
   

3. Accuracy of Information
   We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, we are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Product colors and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen displays or manufacturer variations.
   
   

4. Group Buy Process
   a. Each product has a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Orders are confirmed only when this MOQ is met within the group-buy window.
   b. If a group does not meet the MOQ in time, we may cancel the order and initiate refunds.
   c. Once a group buy is confirmed, your order cannot be canceled, and refunds are not guaranteed except as per our return policy.
   
   

5. Pricing & Payment
   Prices listed are inclusive of group discounts. All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
   
   

6. Shipping & Delivery
   We work with third-party logistics providers to deliver confirmed group orders. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to supplier availability, group closing dates, or logistical delays. You agree not to hold us liable for delays beyond our control.
   
   

7. Returns & Refunds
   Return eligibility will be based on product type, manufacturer return policy, and condition at delivery. Products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
   
   

8. User Conduct
   You agree not to misuse our services. This includes but is not limited to spreading false information, manipulating group buys, attempting to defraud, or using our site for any unlawful purpose.
